going abroad This site is for you who want to be active, want to live for a while abroad but don’t have money and want to gain a great experience by working for a cultural or social organisation in Europe. You can do this through the European Voluntary Programme. It works rather simple, you have to be between 18 and 30 years old and live in Europe. You need to have an organisation that can send you abroad, fills in your application to get the money to send you and cover your trip (Loesje is such an organisation). You need an organisation that will host you (hosting organisation) and where you will do voluntary service for between 6 and 12 months. There are thousands of organisations with projects and these organisations you can find here They will also apply for money and give you accomodation, money for food and pocket money. It won’t cost you anything. At the moment Loesje can send people from the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Serbia, Finland and Slovenia to all places in Europe.
